Priced in rand: seat pricing plus usage billing for 10, 20 and 50 seats
Worked numbers from Naya CRM's published price list and rate card, with the exchange-rate assumptions stated.

CRM pricing is easy to read and hard to predict. The seat price is on the website. The onboarding fee, the sequences add-on, the dollar invoice that moves with the exchange rate and the message costs hidden inside a tier are not. Here is what a South African team actually pays for Naya CRM at 10, 20 and 50 seats.
The price list
Naya CRM has a rand price list, billed through Paystack. It is a local price list, not a conversion of the dollar price. Per user per month, monthly billing:
- Free: R0, two seats, 500 AI credits a month.
- Starter: R349, 8,000 AI credits, voice notes with transcription, email outreach and templates.
- Pro: R699, 25,000 AI credits plus up to 25,000 overage, Naya chat and research from the plan's credits, buying-committee enrichment, email, SMS and WhatsApp outreach, action suggestions and approvals.
- Team: R1,249, 75,000 AI credits plus up to 100,000 overage, four-tier role-based access, manager reporting and BDR performance, Team Hub, webhooks and the integration directory.
- Enterprise: custom, 200,000 or more AI credits, SSO, custom data residency, dedicated onboarding, custom integrations and SLAs.
Yearly billing is ten months for twelve: Starter R3,490, Pro R6,990, Team R12,490 per user per year. Every plan includes Naya. There are no AI add-on fees and no seat minimums. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
For teams outside South Africa, the same tiers are $19, $39 and $69 per user per month, billed through Paddle.
The usage rate card
Messages and minutes are billed per unit on a monthly usage invoice in rand, and the rate card is visible inside the product:
- SMS: R0.45 per message part of 160 characters.
- WhatsApp: R1.20 per marketing message and R0.20 per other message, Meta's fee included.
- Voice calls: R3.50 per minute, covering the AI agent and the carrier.
Nothing is bundled into a tier. If a campaign sends no WhatsApp this month, the WhatsApp line is zero.
A working assumption for usage
To make the numbers concrete, assume an active outbound rep each month sends 200 SMS parts, sends 100 WhatsApp marketing messages and 300 replies and uses 100 minutes of voice (Naya ringing prospects back, plus call recording and transcripts). That is:
- SMS: 200 x R0.45 = R90
- WhatsApp: 100 x R1.20 + 300 x R0.20 = R180
- Voice: 100 x R3.50 = R350
- Total: R620 per rep per month
Your reps may use far less. A team that works email and the dialler only will see a usage line close to zero.
Ten seats
Ten reps on Pro: R6,990 a month in seats. On the yearly plan, R69,900 for the year, which is R5,825 a month.
Add the usage assumption: 10 x R620 = R6,200. Monthly total around R13,190 on monthly billing, or R12,025 with the yearly seat rate.
Ten reps on Team, if you need role tiers and manager reporting: R12,490 a month in seats, R124,900 a year on yearly billing.
Twenty seats
Twenty reps on Pro: R13,980 a month, or R139,800 a year on yearly billing.
Twenty on Team: R24,980 a month, or R249,800 a year on yearly billing.
Usage at the assumption: 20 x R620 = R12,400 a month. So a 20-seat Team desk with active multichannel outreach runs about R37,380 a month on monthly billing, and about R33,217 a month averaged over a yearly seat plan.
Fifty seats
Fifty reps on Pro: R34,950 a month, R349,500 a year on yearly billing.
Fifty on Team: R62,450 a month, R624,500 a year on yearly billing.
Usage at the assumption: 50 x R620 = R31,000 a month. A 50-seat Team operation with heavy outreach is therefore around R93,450 a month on monthly billing. At that size, the Enterprise tier with custom overage caps, SSO and dedicated onboarding is usually the right conversation, and it is quoted.
Exchange rate, stated plainly
The rand prices above are not affected by the exchange rate. That is the point of a local price list. Where this article compares against dollar-priced competitors elsewhere on this page, it uses an illustrative R17 to the US dollar. That is a round number for arithmetic, not a forecast. Check the rate on the day you buy. A dollar-denominated CRM invoice changes every month; the rand price does not.
For comparison only: Pro at $39 is about R663 at R17, against the rand list price of R699. The two lists are set independently.
What is not on the invoice
- Onboarding fees on the published plans: none.
- AI add-on: none. Naya is included on every plan, metered in credits that are listed per tier.
- Sequences: included from Pro.
- WhatsApp and SMS: included as channels, billed per unit when used.
- Booking page, Zoom meeting creation, transcripts and summaries: included.
- Migration with dry run and rollback: included.
Enterprise onboarding is part of the custom quote. AI credit overage is capped per tier, so a runaway month cannot surprise you.
