We got tired of CRMs that only store what already happened.
Naya CRM is built by Appetite Technology, a South African software studio. We spent years watching good sales teams lose deals to admin — research never done, follow-ups never sent, proposals stuck in someone's drafts folder. So we built the CRM that does that work itself and asks a human to approve it.
What we believe
Ship the boring wins
Automation that removes admin beats a feature that demos well. Every release has to save a rep real minutes.
Human in the loop
Naya drafts, scores and suggests. A person always approves before anything reaches a customer.
Isolation by default
Every organisation's data is walled off at the database layer. No shared tables, no cross-tenant leaks.
Local where it counts
Dollar pricing worldwide, rand pricing and Paystack in South Africa, and WhatsApp built in for teams that sell on it.
The studio behind it
Appetite Technology builds software, automation and AI systems for businesses across South Africa and beyond. Naya CRM started as an internal tool to run our own pipeline — the same board, the same assistant, the same migration engine we now hand to customers.
We use it every day. When something in the product is annoying, it's annoying us too.
