From enquiry to booked Zoom call in one form: how Naya books its own demos

We sell Naya CRM with Naya CRM. Here is the enquiry flow at nayacrm.co.za/enquire, step by step.

13 October 2026 · Naya CRM by Appetite Technology

Appetite Technology built Naya CRM to run its own pipeline first. So when an enterprise team wants to see it, the enquiry does not go to a shared inbox and wait. It goes through the same loop every Naya customer gets: a lead, a researched record, a booked call with a confirmation, and the follow-up documents sent from the CRM. This is what happens when you fill in the form at nayacrm.co.za/enquire.

The form asks what a first call needs

The enquiry page asks for the things a useful first conversation depends on, and nothing else.

  • About you: your name, business, work email, office and cell numbers.
  • People who sell or call: the size of your team.
  • What you use today: your current CRM, how your team makes calls, and your SIP or VoIP provider if you have one.
  • How you reach prospects now: the outreach channels you use.
  • Anything else: what you are trying to fix, when you would want to switch, and who else should be on the call.

Then a slot picker. It shows real 30-minute slots from the call team's calendars. If none suits, there is an option to book later and we send you a link.

The telephony questions are there for a reason. A call centre on a SIP trunk and a team dialling from cellphones need different setups for the Calls page and the voice agent, and knowing it before the call means the walkthrough can show your setup, not a generic one.

What happens the moment you submit

The submission becomes a lead on the Naya CRM campaign inside our own workspace, with your answers on the record and the first member of the call team as its owner. That is the same New Lead column every customer's board starts with.

If you picked a slot, the booking is created in that moment: the Zoom meeting, the calendar invite to the team member who takes it, and a branded confirmation email to you with the Naya CRM overview PDF attached. The slot goes to whoever on the call team is free at that time with the fewest upcoming calls, so no one person becomes the bottleneck.

If you chose to book later, you receive an acknowledgement with the same overview PDF and a prefilled booking link, and a task is set for the team to follow up the next day.

Either way, the team is notified by push and by email. Nothing waits for someone to check an inbox.

The call itself

It is 30 minutes on Zoom. The point is to show the daily loop against a pipeline like yours: overnight research, the drafted first touch, approvals, the sequence across email, SMS and WhatsApp, the booking page, the Calls page and the close. Because the form told us your team size, your current CRM and your telephony, the walkthrough is specific from the first minute.

Zoom meetings in Naya CRM sync with transcripts and AI summaries, so the call's notes land on your lead the same way they would on one of yours.

After the call: pricing and logins

From the Enquiries view in the admin console, the team sends two things from the lead's record.

First, the pricing guide. It is a seat-for-seat comparison: your actual seat count on Naya CRM's rand price list against the published list prices of the CRM you named on the form, plus the usage rate card for SMS, WhatsApp and voice so there is nothing hidden.

Second, demo access. You get 14 days of demo logins to a populated workspace, so your managers and a couple of reps can work the board, approve a draft, run a sequence and log a call before anyone commits. The password is given by phone, not email.

Both sends are stamped on the lead and logged as interactions, so the team can see at a glance who has the guide and whose demo window is open. Renewals and follow-ups run from there like any other deal.

Why we show this

Partly because it is a good way to understand the product. Every step above is a standard feature: public lead capture into the pipeline, a per-campaign booking page with Zoom and calendar creation, a call team with rotation, branded emails with attachments, tasks, push notifications and an approvals queue. We did not build anything special for ourselves.

And partly because it sets the expectation. If a company asks you to trust its CRM to run your sales process, you should be able to see it run theirs.

If your team is ten or more, fill in the form at https://nayacrm.co.za/enquire. Pick a time, get the overview on confirmation, see the walkthrough on Zoom, and receive the seat-for-seat comparison and 14 days of demo logins afterwards. Smaller teams can start free at https://nayacrm.co.za.

See it running against a pipeline like yours.
